I specialise in start ups, emerging companies and those in need of significant reorganisation.

My areas of expertise are:

  • Marketing – Creating “the story’s”; Product and service design; Strategy and planning; Branding; Promotion; Exhibitions and events; Media and public relations; Business development and Sales; Team management and income generation.
  • Technology – Applying  (ever changing) technologies; Revolutionising how organisations communicate and operate; Developing and implementing the RIGHT applications to manage information and relationships, across the whole operation; Ensuring the IT infrastructure is in place and supported.
  • Leadership – Articulating “the cause”; Establishing the perfect environment; Getting the right people; Strategic Planning; “Doing stuff”; Adapting and learning; Consulting and Communicating; Supporting; ….always persevere and do everything with integrity.

My approach is very much “hands on” with a focus on delivering against agreed objectives in a practical and straightforward way.

I have been fortunate enough to work with some great companies and some wonderful people – I’ve also had a few I would rather forget!

I have over 25 years experience working in a number of diverse roles, including senior management, main board and non-executive director, CEO and as an independent consultant.

The most fun is always when working with passionate people that care about succeeding and enjoy what they do – no exceptions!
