Enjoyed the live show at Alexandra Palace – apart from the crazy bar system – and the album is full of great tracks…..following on from previous work is not easy but this may be even better.

I’ve seen them four times including as support for Kasabian and at Reading – great both times – the album is superb and it’s hard to remember how young these guys are!

Jon McClure is the self-aggrandising, Sheffield-bred Reverend, and with his backing group, the Makers, he works through the same poetry of beers, blokes and birds…..
Superb debut album from a very hyped band. Recorded in just two weeks and contains fourteen tracks of raw, guitar driven indie rock including the singles ‘Wasted Little Djs’, ‘Superstar Tradesmen’ and ‘Same Jeans’.
Well worth a listen.
