I recently overheard the directors of a business looking for second round funding – they all agreed that “any money is good money” in today’s market. I believe they could not have been more wrong!

Last week I was asked “what makes a start up successful?”
So, what does and how do I try to spot them?

I’ve been working through a couple of proposals from businesses I am trying to decide if I should get involved with (possibly invest in)…..so I got to thinking, how do I decide?
