I’ve read several of Seth Godins books so I guess I was a convert before reading……
In Radical Marketing, Sam Hill and Glenn Rifkin give some pointers on how to be a successful “radical” marketing company.
I found this old paperback when I was unpacking the other day…almost 20 years since I first read it, but Iam still enthralled by it.
You must create long-term emotional relationships with customers!
Recommended by a friend and it was worth the time …..will certainly stay in my “consult” group…

In reading Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s book “The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable”, it reinforced something I feel people don’t consider enough. In the book he points out that Black Swans are highly improbable events with 3 characteristics:

A great title and full of interesting and worthwhile ideas……
As per normal there will be things you don’t agree with and some things you already do….but on balance it made me think and added some good tips!
